<description><![CDATA[It took me a couple of days to work up to trying the Yometrics workout.  I did the whole beginner's workout yesterday, after only making it through a little more than half the day before.  I actually liked it (for exercise). It's so much better than going to the gym.  Mari Ann, you do a great job of walking us through each step, reminding us of the important techniques, and repeating instructions with each set.  Thank you.]]></description>
