I did some label reading today at Kroger! Boy, what an eye-opener. Chicken broth has 2 g of sugar. Why the heck are they adding SUGAR to chicken broth...stupid.

I like the apple cider vinegar, I guess because I like tart stuff. I haven't started the journaling, but I will soon. I see the need because I forget what I ate 3 hours ago! Ugh!

You are correct that fruits contain natural sugar, and that is why they are limited. Even though the sugar in fruits is "natural", it can still cause a rapid rise in your blood sugar levels. However, I do not agree that you need to eat your fruits...

Yes... apple cider vinegar for weight loss. Taken with meals, it helps keep your insulin levels in check, and helps you digest the food properly, preventing acid reflux. Plus, studies have shown an average stomach fat loss of 2-4 lbs.
